Royal Court

The Royal Court is where you petition staff for anything the game can't resolve on its own. Lost a character to a stuck quest? Found a bug that lets you bypass a system? Need an account recovered, a guild stone migrated, or a stuck pet freed? File the petition here; staff reviews each one and replies through the in-game mail system within a few days. Every submission produces a reference code — save it. If you have to follow up about the same incident, quoting that code routes your second message back to the same staff member who saw the first, so you don't start over. Petitions are private between you and staff; nothing posted here is visible to other players. Be specific about what happened, when, and on which character.
